Fiorfiore Restaurant’s collections

Fiorfiore Restaurant keeps in its halls a small treasure for those who love refinement and attention to the most refined details: with the passing of years and through travels looking for oenogastronomical curiosities, the owners of the Fiorfiore Restaurant have put together a precious collection of grappas, oils, salts and peppers coming from all over the world.  The original collection is displayed in the sideboard, each element has a label explaining its origins.

During lunch you will be free to choose the spices and the oils to be used on the different dishes, allowing you to appreciate different flavours, and to reconstruct, with the help of the maître Luca Rosati, the history behind each piece of the collection.  At the end of the meal, you can instead choose, amongst those displayed, the grappa which mostly intrigues you, exploring new and unusual ranges of flavour.
