The best of the Umbrian cuisine

Fiorfiore restaurant offers its own guests an elegant modern cuisine, combined with a refined selection of typical dishes of the Umbrian regional tradition. Dishes are proposed by Chef Carlo Grimaldi in various menus – according to seasons – and prepared using exclusively products of the Roccafiore farm (wine, oil, vegetables, legumes) or nearby companies (meat, cheese, truffles).
The use of absolutely wholesome products, together with the refinement of the matching of flavours, allowed Fiorfiore Restaurant to be mentioned in the most prestigious Italian oenogastronomical guides with excellent reviews (Guida Michelin / Michelin Guide, Gambero Rosso / Red Prawn, Ristoranti d’Italia / Italian Restaurants by the ‘Espresso’ magazine, I Ristoranti di Bibenda / Bibenda’s Restaurants, I Ristoranti di Veronelli / Veronelli’s Restaurants).
The dining rooms, just like the ones in old country residences, are different from each other depending from their sizes, dominating colours, furnishings: two main halls, called ‘sala rossa’ (red hall) and ‘sala avorio’ (ivory hall), and two smaller halls, the small green hall and the small hall with a fire place.
Each hall offers a particularly welcoming environment, where it is possible to book for lunch or a more intimate dinner. In summer, this service is provided on the panoramic terrace overlooking Todi.
Every dish at Fiorfiore Restaurant, prepared with refined simplicity and served in the elegant and enchanting background of Roccafiore Residence, will strengthen in guests the perception of the Umbrian territory, linking forever in their memory landscapes and flavours, ecological balance and agricultural and food traditions, old recipes and new interpretations.
