Sea Notes on the Terrace

After last year’s success, Fiorfiore Restaurant offers you again "Sea Notes on the Terrace".
During the following four Fridays which run through July, our Chef Carlo Grimaldi will provide you everytime with a different menu based on fish.
The dishes, served on the magnificent terrace of Roccafiore, will be enjoyed with wines specifically selected by our Sommelier.

A fascinating musical tale overseen and interpreted by Francesco Conte will accompany the pleasant oenogastronomical moments.

Friday, 3rd July:
"Italian Singer-Songwriters" - 50 years of musical wonders
Menu
 small salad with barley and mozzarella (cheese made from buffalo’s milk), prawn tails and cress

"What a passion Night" – The cult environment and its songs

warm salmon roll with vegetables, corn salad and balsamic vinegar
