The “Fiorfiore” of Umbrian cuisine in Todi


The Fiorfiore Restaurant is located on the premises of the Roccafiore Country Chic Resort and offers its guests the flavours of the finest regional cuisine, together with the elegance of modern gastronomy. The use of wholesome local products, together with the careful blending of flavours, has placed the Fiorfiore Restaurant of Todi in some of the most prestigious Italian gourmet restaurant guidebooks with excellent reviews (Michelin Guide, Gambero Rosso, Ristoranti d’Italia de l’Espresso, I Ristoranti di Bibenda and I Ristoranti di Veronelli).

The dishes prepared by Chef Carlo Grimaldi appear in various menus – depending on the season – and are made using only products from the Roccafiore farming estate (wine, olive oil, vegetables and legumes) or nearby producers (meat, cheese, truffles) in Umbria and in the Todi area.

The various dining rooms that make up the restaurant, just like country residences of times past, differ in size, colour and interior design: there are two main rooms – the red room and the ivory room – and two smaller rooms – the green room and the fireplace room. Each one offers a cosy ambience in which to enjoy lunch, or to reserve for a more intimate dinner. In summer, meals are served on the outdoor terrace with panoramic views of Todi.
